Have just found out that Royal Bank of Scotland don't have a 24 hour fraud line. So if someone nicks your money after 8pm you're fucked #rbs

We have discovered that our fundraising microsite has recently been compromised. Guide Dogs main website remains unaffected. The credit, debit card and bank account details of a limited number of our donors may have been accessed via the microsite.

Please be assured that we are taking this matter extremely seriously, and are investigating the incident. We have also taken immediate steps to prevent further breaches.

At this point we do not have any evidence that your personal and/or financial information has been used but we wanted to notify you of the position as soon as possible. We are working closely with our hosting company and developers on establishing exactly what has been accessed..

In the meantime we urge you to contact your bank and credit card company immediately to seek their advice. We also advise you to be extra vigilant by checking your account on a regular basis.
